YoRo AI provides a hosted API service for connected WooCommerce stores and related WordPress integrations. The service may understand store operator requests, prepare structured action plans, draft customer communications, support mailbox workflows, and return responses to the connected WordPress site.
2. WordPress Plugin Use
The YoRo AI Core WordPress plugin is a local connector. Store actions are executed by the WordPress site through WooCommerce APIs after local permission, policy, preview, and confirmation checks. You are responsible for configuring the plugin, service URL, site key, mailbox connection, and store policies for your site.
3. Account and Credentials
You are responsible for keeping your site key, account access, mailbox credentials, and administrator accounts secure. Do not share service credentials publicly or commit them to source control.
4. Store Data
When you use YoRo AI through a connected WordPress site, the plugin may send store context, order data, product data, customer information, mailbox details, chat instructions, approved action metadata, and execution results to YoRo AI API as needed to provide the requested workflow.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use YoRo AI to violate law, abuse third-party services, send unlawful or deceptive messages, process data you are not authorized to process, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass security, usage, or policy controls.
6. Customer Communications
YoRo AI may assist with drafting or sending customer email through configured workflows. You remain responsible for reviewing messages, complying with applicable email, privacy, and commerce laws, and confirming that the content is appropriate before it is sent.
7. Availability
YoRo AI is provided as an online service and may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time. Do not rely on the service as the only record of your store operations. Keep appropriate backups and operational controls in WordPress and WooCommerce.
8. No Legal, Financial, or Compliance Advice
YoRo AI may summarize store data or suggest operational actions, but it does not provide legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for business decisions and regulatory obligations for your store.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of YoRo AI after an update means you accept the updated terms.
